Service Terms
Understand the scope before your inspection.
Effective date: November 7, 2026.
Gulf Coast Mold Inspection provides property inspection, mold-related testing, and moisture investigation. The written service agreement defines the areas inspected, methods, sampling, deliverables, fees, and access requirements for each appointment.
Quotes and appointments
A free quote describes the proposed work and pricing. It is not a free inspection. Website links do not reserve a time slot or authorize work; we confirm appointments and scope directly. Changes, additional samples, or return visits need separate agreement.
Inspection scope
Findings apply to the agreed areas, available access, methods, and site conditions at the time. Concealed spaces and future water events cannot be ruled out by a non-invasive inspection. Samples represent specific collection locations and conditions and must be interpreted in context.
Our services do not include mold removal, remediation, restoration, general pest control, or building repairs. Inspection and sampling are not medical evaluations or a universal certification that a property is mold-free.
Access and preparation
The person booking the inspection is responsible for arranging authorized entry and identifying access restrictions. Do not enter unsafe spaces, open equipment, or disturb suspect materials to prepare for the appointment. We discuss limitations that affect the agreed scope.
